I’m Jennifer Nwaogwugwu (Wa-goo-goo). I’m a UX Designer in ATX, and I have a passion for usability that’s fueled by data-driven design decisions!

In my latest role, I designed for the 3rd-largest credit card issuer in the United States. We impacted users of 78.7 million credit cards, and these users interacted with both the credit card application and the services platform that my team designed and maintained. So I understand the magnitude of crafting design solutions that impact millions of users in their day to day life.

Like many UXers who switched into the field, I have 8 years of diverse background experience that influences my UX decisions: from education and health to marketing and customer experience. I have a Master of Science in Information Studies with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction.
